Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, with their original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to request a return

Please email support@fanfoyu.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Contact customer service for the return address and shipping instructions. Please do not send items back before your return has been approved.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for standard return shipping costs. If we confirm that your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, FANFOYU will cover the return shipping cost and provide instructions.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, request a return first. Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement item.

European Union orders

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days without giving a reason. Items must be unworn, unused, with their original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. This does not affect your applicable statutory rights.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact support@fanfoyu.com.
